Product formation:

The composition of the matrix resin, catalyst, carbon forming agent and foaming agent

This product is fireproof coating for steel ,this paint is made of special resin ,fire retardant materials ,titanium dioxide and other materials. It can prevent the heat transfer of the flame,and make time for fire extinction so as to decrease hazard loss.

Product features:

. Protecting the steel structure from deformation, beam bending ,because it lost the carrying capacity over temperature of 450-650℃ . If no paint, it will damage and can not continue to use.

Where to use:

Widely used for fire protecting and wood, modern buildings and large area bare or hidden steel structure

Application:

1.Please do the necessary substrate treatment such as derusting ,dedusting and degreasing, and then apply the anti-corrosive primer paint such as zinc rich primer paint or epoxy mio paint.

2.Make sure the paint is fully mixed before use.

3.Please do not use this product when moisture content RH>90 or T<5℃.

4.No fire or eletric welding work allowed before the coating is hard dry.

5.Diluent rate:0%-10%.

Surface treatment:

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of contamination. Before painting, should be assessed and treated in accordance with standard of the ISO8504:2000.

Construction condition:

Base temperature is not less than 0℃, and at least above the air dew point temperature 3℃, the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material), fog, rain, snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.

Construction method:

Spraying: non air spraying or air spraying. High pressure non gas spraying.

Brush / roll coating: recommended for a small area, but must be in order to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
