PRODUCT DESCRITION

It is seamless integration of new composite decoration floor with the mixture of colored quartz sand and epoxy resin, through one or more of different color quartz sand free collocation, form rich and colorful decorative color and pattern, with decorative texture, elegant wear, compression resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, slip resistant, fire prevention, waterproof, etc. Color sand epoxy resin decoration floor performance is stable and reliable, the decorative effect is more beautiful, the use range is more extensive, can be used in industrial floor, commercial and civil building ground.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Ø Color can be freely mixed, bright color, good decorative effect, color sand particles can form a beautiful surface;

Ø No continuous contact joints and easy for maintenance;

Ø Excellent wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can inhibit the production of mildew, bacteria.

Ø Enough surface flatness.

Sealed containers are guaranteed to be 12 months if stored at between 5°C to 40°C.

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces should be between 5°C and 32°C and structurally sound, clean and free

of all laitance, dirt, oil, grease, loose peeling paint, concrete sealers or curing compounds.

Dry, dusty concrete slabs or masonry should be dampened and excess water swept off. Installation

may be made on a damp surface. New concrete slabs shall be cured and 28 days old before application.

Mixing:

Mix YY-002 primer base and hardener according to the ratio of 1: 1, one part base A and one part hardener B. Mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, even consistency.

Mix YY-001 finish paint base and hardener according to the ratio of 6:1, 6 parts of base A and one part of hardener B. Mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, even consistency.

Application:

Step 1, Apply primer mixture for one coat by hand trowel, until it is completely dried, go to next step.

Step 2, Apply epoxy finish paint mixture for one coat by hand trowel to the target thickness at a time, target thickness: 3-5mm. When applying the finish paint mixture, use bubble release roller to level it and release the bubble in the mixture in the meantime.
