YY-116 | C2TES1 High-Flexibility Tile Adhesive

YUNYAN YY-116 is a polymer-modified, single-component C2TES1 cementitious tile adhesive for demanding wall and floor installations. The TDS identifies extended open time, low slip, S1 deformability, and high adhesion for large-format stone, marble, porcelain, mosaics, concrete, cement render, screeds, plywood, and approved tile-on-tile renovation.

· It can be applied directly onto the surface of porcelain tile or mosaic.

· Usage: 1.2kg/mm/㎡ , 20kg per bag can cover approx.

· 4 square meter for 4mm thickness adhesive.

Application Guide

1. Ensure the substrate is cured, stable, clean, and free from bond-breaking contamination.

2. Mix with clean water or the specified liquid component until smooth; observe slaking, pot-life, and remixing requirements in the TDS.

3. Key the adhesive into the substrate, then comb with an appropriate notched trowel. Back-butter large or profiled units where required.

4. Place tiles within the open time, check transfer and coverage regularly, and protect the installation until grouting and service.
