APPLICATIONSEEPAGE SURFACE CONSTRUCTION
1) Base surface treatment: The base surface must be moist, firm, clean and flat. The unevenness can be leveled with fast setting cement and two times of the medium sand. If the serious water comes out, a water diversion hole can be drilled at an appropriate position to decompress and the seepage water can be led out.
2) Mix : The construction of the seepage surface should be based on powder: water = 1:0.3 at low speed to form a uniform slurry without agglomeration. Do not mix too much at one time, so as to avoid waste caused by solidification.
3) Construction: Dry the base surface with a dry cloth and quickly scrape the first layer of material with a trowel (if there is water seepage, it can be temporarily not dealt with), wait for it to harden (no marks will be left by finger pressure), dry the surface, and scrape the second layer. If there is still a large area of water seepage, the same method can be used to scrape the third layer. If there is only partial water seepage, just add a layer of material to the seepage area until there is no leakage, and then block the water diversion hole. Finally, 48 hours of wet curing (can be sprayed with water, covered with wet objects, etc.)
QUICK PLUGGING LEAKS
1) Base surface treatment: Chisel the leakage treatment into anti-trumpet-shaped holes, remove the residue, and wipe off the surface water.
2) Mix : knead repeatedly to form a ball according to the ratio of powder: water = 1: 0.2, and stir the sealing material into a uniform putty shape according to powder: water = 1: 0.3.
3) Construction: Quickly plug the fast-solidified plugging clumps into the leak, and squeeze and smash with a hammer and stick. After confirming that there is no more water leakage, extend a range of 10CM around the hole, scrape and press a layer, and spray for maintenance in time.
