PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YY-1800 is a high adhesion, silicone-based, solvent-free, single-component waterproof flexible moisture-curing coating. It creates a shield of protection over your roof and cutting edge performance. It outperforms traditional solvent and solvent free products including asphaltic, urethane, thermoplastic and other protective coating products. It has minimal impact on the applicator or our environment.

WHERE TO USE
Ø Cured concrete,concrete slab,metal,single ply,APP,SBS,modified bitumen
Ø Polyurethane foam,existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coatings
Ø Other roof substates including TPO,PVC,metal or asphalt may require primer before application. No primer needed on clean, aged RV roofing. An adhesion pull test should be performed to determine if primer is needed.
Ø DO NOT TINT
Ø Not for use on roof shingles
LIMITATIONS
Ø Not intended to be used to repair blisters in polyurethane foam larger than 4" (101.6 mm) in diameter.
Ø Contact Technical Services prior to the application of a waterproof coating system over polyurethane foam substrates with extensive blistering.
Ø Should not be used to bridge gaps larger than ¼" (6.35 mm) without additional embedded fabric reinforcement.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Always check weather forecast prior to preparation & application.
APPLICATION
Mixing : Mix before application to ensure uniform consistency.
Thinning : Product is not intended to be thinned.
Application : Apply by brush, trowel or a roller.
Do not thin. Rain,dew,fog,frost and relative humidity greater than 70% may result in adhesion problems. Protective clothing,gloves, and eyewear should be used during application. Application should be completed when air and material temperature are between 40°F and 120°F. Application can take place at colder temperatures(above 32°F) however, apply with a roller(preferablely with mill gauge).

UNIT COVERAGE
If one coat application is desired, apply one coat at 50 sq.ft.per gallon. If applying in two coats,apply each coat at one gallon per 100 sq.ft. Finish coverage will be the same at covering 250 sq.ft. of roof surface per 5 gallon bucket. Textured, porous and worm surfaces may require more product to cover. Dry Film Thickness: 30 mils(@5 gals 250 sq./ft.)
SHELF LIFE
Do not heat or thin. Keep container sealed when not in use. Product must be kept out of sunlight, protected from the elements and in areas where air flows freely and is not restricted. Shelf life is up to 18 months from date of manufacturer for unopened buckets. For maximum shelf life store between 50°F and 80°F. Storage at temperatures outside these conditions or at relative humidity over 65% will reduce shelf life.
