Microcement topping is a whole ground seamless system with unique beauty, smooth surface, excellent wear resistance and natural texture. It is made up of modified polymer mortar and fast condensing material.

Scope of Application
It can be applied in hotels, offices, retail stores, scientific research centers, exhibition halls, restaurants and other places with high requirements for design, beauty and wear resistance of the ground, which can be directly constructed on the ceramic tiles, marble and the base surface of the terrazzo. It is suitable for the reconstruction of the old ground.
Treatment of Base substrate
1. Concrete base must be strong enough to have sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N / mm) and tensile strength (at least 1.5N / mm). Base substrate must be clean and dry without any contaminants (such as dust, oil, grease, coating or surface treatment materials). Relative humidity should not exceed 75%, and seal the moisture to prevent upward seepage. Flatness of the base substrate must reach the SP1 level. I f you have any questions, please do a small area test first.
2. Compressive strength: minimum 25 N/mm (C25 strength of fine aggregate concrete);
3. Pulling out strength is >2.0Mpas (Note: the fine aggregate concrete is added with 6Φ- 8Φ single layer two-way reinforcing steel, and the well is lined up 10x15cm).
4. Base surface reception evenness: 2m is less than 3mm in scale range;
5. Fine aggregate concrete needs to be grinding with mechanical.
6. The difference between the base level and finish coating should be controlled within the desired thickness for construction.
7. Basal surface moisture content limit: Coating should be made within water content <6% .
8. Environmental conditions: air humidity is less than 75%; air temperature: 5-30 degrees; base surface temperature: 8-25 degrees;
9. Other requirements: No crack, no empty drum and no sand appear from the concrete base substrate.

Air humidity:30%-75%
Dew point: be careful of condensation! The base and not solidified ground must be 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature, so as to reduce the risk of condensation or turning whiten on the ground coating.
